Tim founded Jobs.com in the late 1990s, and the company was later sold to Monster.com. After that, he took over NursesLounge.com and began building a business focused on the nursing profession. In the early years, that included launching a direct mail publication distributed to 35,000 registered nurses in the Dallas-Fort Worth market, supported by recruitment advertising from local hospitals. As digital platforms matured, that work evolved into the broader Nurses Lounge platform.

Over time, Tim’s perspective has centered on a practical market question: why should healthcare facilities remain trapped between overtime premiums and staffing agency markups when direct access to local nurses can be organized more efficiently through a platform model? That question informs the growth of Nurse FLEX Pool and the broader Nurses Lounge vision.
