Nurses are not employed by Nurses Lounge. Payments are entirely between you and the hiring facility. Once payment method is determined, each subsequent shift you work will be streamlined for that particular facility.
Yes. As facilities join the Nurse FLEX Pool they will add shifts. You can either search for specific facilities to see their available shifts or apply to shifts at any facility you are willing to commute to. The choice is always in your hands.
