Your subscription includes the Nurse FLEX Pool platform to post and fill unlimited PRN and per diem shifts with trusted nurses, a Marketplace facility presence where your permanent jobs are imported to the job map, plus the ability to post new grad nurse residencies in our Residency Programs directory.
Yes. Nurses download the Nurse FLEX Pool app, complete verification and authentication, then apply to your shifts. Your team can review credentials and resumes, chat with applicants, and schedule onboarding as needed before approval.
