    The Virtual Simulation Experience (VSE) is a web-based virtual clinical experience designed to strengthen the cultural competence of nursing students regarding prenatal care.

The group has 67,500 members. Knestrick is a nurse practitioner at The River Practice in Rices Landing, and Wheeling Health Right in Wheeling, WV.
